三、摘要

Letdenote the complete-partite graph withvertices in each part. Erdős and Simonovits (1971) characterized extremal graphs forwhen. We obtain a multipartite version of this result by considering the maximum number of edges in a -free-partite graph with n vertices in each part. We obtain an exact result wheneverand, upper and lower bounds that differin all cases. This is a joint work with Jie Han.

四、主讲人简介

Yi Zhao received his PhD from Rutgers University in 2001, under the supervision of Endre Szemerédi (2012 Abel Prize Laureate). After spending three years at the University of Illinois at Chicago, he joined Georgia State University in 2005 and was promoted a full professor in 2016. He has published more than 50 papers on JCTA, JCTB and other highly ranked journals; his collaborators include Bollobás, Balogh, Füredi, Keevash, Kühn, Osthus, and Rödl.
