三、摘要

The main purpose of this paper is using the elementary methods, the number of the solutions of some congruence equations and the properties of the classical Gauss sums to study the calculating problem of the fifth power mean of one kind two-term exponential sums, and give an exact calculating formula for it.

四、主讲人简介

张文鹏，西北大学数学学院二级教授，博士生导师，1993年起享受国务院政府特殊津贴。主要研究内容为Dirichlet L-函数，Hurwitz zeta函数，Lehmer问题，Dedekind和，Kloosterman和及数论中一些著名数列的组合恒等式。获国家自然科学基金项目资助8次，获陕西省自然科学基金项目资助4次。目前已发表论文 300余篇，被SCI收录200余篇，获省部级科技进步奖6次，教学成果奖两次。
