五、摘要

We consider the behavior of the critical Ising model under various perturbations. In two dimensions, we show exponential decay in the near-critical scaling limit of the model with an external field. In high dimensions, we discuss the effect of various boundary conditions on the model in finite domains. This is based on joint works with F. Camia and C.M. Newman.

Jianping Jiang is an assistant professor at Yau Mathematical Sciences Center, Tsinghua University. His research interests are in probability theory and statistical physics.
