三、摘要

Event triggering is regarded as a major paradigm shift in resource-constrained applications compared to the classical time-triggered mechanisms. This is because event triggering allows a trade-off to be achieved between desired control/estimation performance and satisfactory resource efficiency. In this talk, we provide an up-to-date overview of evolutionary event-triggered control and estimation technologies. The background of event triggering is first briefly introduced. Then several fundamental issues in the design and implementation of an event-triggered mechanism are discussed in detail. Furthermore, we classify the existing event-triggered mechanisms and elaborate each type of them. We also outline several applications of event-triggered control and estimation technologies. Finally, some challenging issues are discussed.

四、主讲人介绍

Dr. Xiaohua Ge现就职于澳大利亚墨尔本斯威本科技大学，任科学、计算和工程技术学院高级讲师、博士生导师。于2014年获澳大利亚中央昆士兰大学计算机工程博士学位，曾分别于2015年至2017年在澳大利亚格里菲斯大学工程学院任研究员，于2014年在澳大利亚中央昆士兰大学智能与网络系统中心任研究员。致力于网络的、分布式的、智能的控制与估计理论研究，以及其在多智能体系统、无线传感器网络、智能交通系统等的应用。至今在相关研究领域期刊以及主流会议发表论文近100篇，其中包括控制领域权威期刊Automatica以及IEEE Transactions汇刊论文30+篇、IEEE-SMC协会2019 Andrew P. Sage最佳论文一篇、IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica期刊2021 Nobert Wiener 最佳综述论文一篇。此外，还荣获了澳大利亚斯威本科技大学2020校长研究杰出奖、多个期刊最佳审稿人。目前担任IEEE Transactionss on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems杂志的副编辑、IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica杂志的青年编委、以及担任过多个系统控制领域SCI杂志的客座编辑。
