In [1], Gross, Mansour and Tucker introduced the partial-dual orientable genus polynomial and the partial-dual Euler genus polynomial and posed some conjectures and research problems. In this talk we first answer two conjectures by counterexamples [2,3] and then give two further results [4] obtained recently. This is joint work with Dr Qi Yan who is now working in China University of Mining and Technology.

四、主讲人简介

金贤安，男，1976年2月生，厦门大学数学科学学院教授，博士生导师。主要在图论、组合纽结论以及数学化学等领域从事研究工作，已在AAM, JGT, PAMS等国际著名学术期刊发表论文50多篇。曾多次应邀在中国组合数学与图论大会、中国数学会年会、亚洲数学大会和国际拓扑及其应用大会等著名学术会议上做邀请报告。
